What Are The Factors That Affect Natural Ventilator's Structural Safety

Release time:

Natural ventilator is mostly used in steel structure roofs. There are two types of skeletons. One skeleton is welded by profiled steel. Common materials are hollow thin-walled square steel, C-shaped steel, and C-shaped grooves of different specifications. The roof louvre vent with this type of skeleton has a relatively large throat, the weight is relatively large. Another skeleton type is directly pressed by galvanized sheet and processed by special machinery. The board is pressed with concave and convex

patterns to increase the skeleton's strength. The product has a lighter weight. It is suitable for small throat slope roof vents.

The anti-corrosion of natural ventilator has a great impact on the lifespand, especially in the production workshops that are prone to produce acid and alkali corrosive gases or substances, the anti-corrosion requirements of the smoke vents are even more severe. There are two ways to deal with the anti-corrosion, one is material selection, and another is anti-corrosion technology. The usual steps are polishing, rust prevention, hot-dip galvanizing or hot-dip galvanizing. It should be noted that the anti-corrosion treatment of cuts, welds and other parts of the ventilator frame during cutting or welding must be in place to ensure the corrosion resistance of the frame.

In addition, the finished natural ventilation system frame and the base or roof purlin are usually bolted or directly welded, and the anti-corrosion treatment of the connection part is also very important. Unlike the spray paint treatment used by other manufacturers, Mcwell uses a heavy anti-corrosion treatment, usually with primer, top coat, and zinc spray treatment, can effectively ensure the anti-corrosion performance of the smoke ventilator's frame, and the lifespan will be longer.
