The streamlined natural ventilator has beautiful appearance, large ventilation capacity and good exhaust effect. The function of streamlined natural vent and low-profile ventilator is to assist in the ventilation of the factory building, ensure the air flow smoothly, and keep the indoor air circulating. Because of its characteristics, streamlined continuous rooflight is often used in the roof design of large steel-structured workshops. Here will introduce the process.

1. Basic leveling

①Before installation, check whether there is any error in the foundation. If the error exceeds the allowable range, it must be rectified to meet the requirements before installing natural ventilator.

② After confirming that the foundation is correct, determine the connection point between the foundation of the roof vents and the foundation provided by the owner, and level the foundation to ensure that the deviation is not greater than the requirement of 3mm.

2. Skeleton assembly

Each natural ventilation system has a different number of wall brackets according to the length, it is installed on the foundation made by the steel structure company according to a unit every 3 meters. The foot of the roof smoke vent is connected to the foundation with a special connection. Before fixing, fix the two adjacent wall frames or bases at the designated position. The straight line distance error and the diagonal error shall not exceed 3mm. 

3. Installation of longitudinal connecting rods

Each roof smoke vent has a certain number of connecting rods. The connecting rods are used to connect and fix the natural ventilator wall frame. The connecting rods are connected to the wall frame with bolts. Each bolt is equipped with a nut and double flat washer.

4. Installation of flooding plate

The flashing plate and the connecting frame are connected with tail screws. The distance between the two tailing screws is between 45cm~50cm. The overlap of the flashing plate joints are connected by rivets. The rivet distance is controlled at about 30cm. The flashing plate is buckled.
