In the warm season, most factories need to install natural ventilator for natural ventilation. In the warm season, in the single-span workshop, the outdoor air enters from the window sash which is opened from the lower part of the wall, and the indoor air is discharged from the window sash on the skylight.In workshop, only some window sashes on the wall are not enough. In order to ensure fresh air enter into plants, the air must be sucked in from building's upper roof.

If you want to use natural ventilator to achieve natural ventilation, there must be enough residual heat indoors to heat the calculated amount of outdoor air. Besides the window sash on the smoke hatch skylight, there must be a layer of window sash on the upper part of the wall (5-7 meters above the ground) to inhale outdoor air. The height of these sashes must be able to ensure that the outdoor air can be mixed with the warm indoor air and raised to a sufficient temperature before flowing from the sash to the working area.

Natural roof ventilation is widely used in workshops with waste heat. such as the blast furnace workshop of the metallurgical plant, the Bessemer furnace workshop, the Martin furnace workshop, etc.
