The production safety of the plant is the first issue that enterprises should consider. Therefore, fire and smoke exhaust is one of the important purposes of installing electric smoke ventilator in industrial plants. In principle, electric smoke ventilation should be linked with fire protection. In order to better realize the purpose of fire-fighting smoke exhaust, it is necessary to follow the corresponding technical specifications when design the fire-fighting smoke exhaust ventilator.

1. The opening form of the electric smoke ventilator should be conducive to the emission of fire smoke;

2. When an industrial building is installed with smoke vent, the horizontal distance should not be greater than 2.8 times the clear height of the space in the building. When the clear height of the public building space is greater than or equal to 6000mm, and natural convection conditions exist, the horizontal distance should not More than 375000mm.

3. The smoke hatch skylight should be distributed and evenly arranged, and the length of each group should not be greater than 3000mm;

4. The layout of the smoke vent system installed on the roof should be different according to different roof slopes. When the roof slope is less than or equal to 12°, a corresponding fire-fighting smoke ventilator shall be installed for every 200 square meters of building area; when the roof slope is greater than 12°, smoke vent rooflight shall be installed for every 400 square meter building area.

5. Because the smoke vents are installed on the roof and are relatively high from the ground, it is not convenient for manual control, so an electric control system should be installed.

Electric smoke ventilator must be designed to meet the corresponding technical specifications in order to perform their fire-fighting and smoke exhaust functions in the actual production process.
