The raw materials of Mcwell's daylighting panels are mainly glass fiber, resin, surface film and color paste. The selection of high-quality raw materials is the fundamental determinant of the quality of daylighting panels. 

Among them, the resin is preferably isophthalic acid, with suitable chemical stability, and the price of pro-phthalic acid is much lower, but the stability is not good, and it is easy to cause yellowing and aging of the finished board, so it is not suitable for use. Do not use glass felt for glass fiber, because it contains glue, which will also cause yellowing and aging, which will affect the quality. Surface film is very important. A good film can effectively prevent ultraviolet rays and has excellent self-cleaning performance

Finished product process: the resin and the color pastes of different colors added according to the needs are evenly stirred and then vacuumed and transported to the production line. Vacuuming is very important, so that there are few bubbles in the finished board and the quality is good. The glass fiber cuts are scattered (without glue) or glass fiber felt, resin, and film are put into the oven together. 

Temperature control: there will be several temperature zones in the processing process, the heating temperature of each temperature zone is different, precise control of the temperature can be fully cured, so that it is not easy to yellow and age. A good production line should have an oven with computer-controlled temperature equipment that is already long enough. The lighting board comes out of the oven to be the finished board. The cutting machine cuts well, and the water cutting will affect the coating of the film.
