1. The polycarbonate sunshine board should be made into a curved or slope-shaped frame, fixed with self-tapping nails and aluminum alloy bead, special neutral sealing tape for waterproofing, the drill hole is slightly larger, and the end is also sealed.
2. The glass fiber reinforced plastic daylighting board can be made into a single board (matching with the roof color board),
fixed with self-tapping nails and saddle pads, and the color board is longitudinally overlapped with long polypropylene sealing tape for waterproofing, and pre-drilling can be considered Slightly larger than the diameter of the self-tapping nail, it can expand and contract with heat; it can also be made into a double-layer daylighting window.
3. Tailoring. The thickness of the daylighting board is generally 1-2mm, so there will be a large gap between the four boards
at the lap joint of the board, which will cause the hidden danger of rain leakage. Therefore, the corner cutting method should be used. In the selection of daylighting boards, machine-made boards should be used as much as possible to reduce the phenomenon of lap joints during installation.
4. Punch holes. The daylighting board generally adopts the method of leaving a hole in the roof panel installation and then installing it. Therefore, it is necessary to punch holes in the wall in advance to determine the position.
5. Fixed. A large-area color steel plate steel pad should be added under the fixed daylighting panel fasteners to avoid expanding the connection hole of the glass fiber reinforced plastic under the action of long-term wind load, so that the connection and sealing effect will be lost.
6. If the insulation roof needs to be equipped with double-layer daylighting panels, the four sides of the double-layer daylighting panels should be sealed, otherwise the heat preservation effect will be weakened so that condensation and dripping will occur.
