Steel structure natural ventilator belongs to the construction industry and are mainly used for ventilation in industrial plants. 1. Steel plates for steel beams and steel columns: hot-rolled steel plates are 5mm-30mm thick, and the material is generally Q235A/B; Q345A/B.

The steel plate is processed into H-shaped steel, which consists of a web and two flange plates; there are H-shaped steel with uniform cross-section and H-shaped steel with variable load surface; the steel column set on the mountain wall is called the wind-resistant column.

Processing equipment: use multi-head straight cutting machine, assembly machine, submerged arc welding machine, shot blasting rust remover, spraying, etc.

Connecting parts: use steel structure engineering high-strength bolt connection pair, generally referred to as high-strength bolt for short. Each connection pair includes a bolt, a nut, two washers, and a product that has undergone a uniform heat treatment process. According to the installation characteristics, it is divided into large hexagon head bolts and torsion shear type bolts.

2. Steel plate for purlin: hot-rolled steel plate 2mm-3mm thick, material Q235A/B; Q345A/B

The steel plate is formed by the continuous forming machine of purlin, and the formed sub-C-shaped purlin, referred to as C-shaped steel; identification: C180*60*20*2.0; means: the length of C-shaped steel is 180mm*width 60mm*height 20mm*thickness 2.0mm. Z-shaped purlin, abbreviated as Z-shaped steel, identification: Z220*70*75*2.5; means: Z-shaped steel length 220mm*width 70mm*height 75mm*thickness 2.5mm.
