The roof smoke vent can be divided into ridge ventilator and slope smoke vent according to different layout positions. The owner can choose different smoke vent rooflight according to the actual ventilation, lighting, and smoke exhaust requirements of the plant, or they can be combined and matched. 1. Features of roof ridge ventilator

The roof ridge ventilatotr refers to the longitudinal skylight arranged on the roof ridge. The size of the throat is larger, generally between 3000mm-9000mm, so it has better ventilation and smoke exhaust performance. Its ventilation function can effectively improve the air quality in the plant. It uses the difference in wind pressure and temperature between inside and outside the plant to promptly exhaust the heat, dust and harmful gases in the plant out of the plant, and exchange the cold air and fresh air outside the plant. 

2. Common window types

Both arched continuous rooflight and low-profile ventilator can be arranged on the roof ridge. Common window types are: MCW4 and MCW5 arched continuous roof light; MCW1 and MCW2 light-weight natural ventilator

3. Control method

The ridge ventilator can be divided into opening skylights and opening-closing ventilation skylights according to whether the valve plate is installed. The opening smoke ventilation is not equipped with an opening and closing valve plate, which is a normally open type, which can carry out long-term ventilation without gaps. The open-close ventilation skylight can be opened and closed by installing an electric valve plate, and the valve plate can play a better heat preservation effect when the valve plate is closed.
