The steel structure foundation is an important factor to influence the installation quality of steel structure. Therefore, prior to the construction and installation of the steel structure natural vent, it is necessary to carry out technical exchanges with relevant steel structure units to clarify the technical requirements for the installation of the steel structure foundation of the ventilator; secondly, the steel structure foundation must be carried out on-site before the installation of the steel structure ventilator. 

The measurement procedure standards are as follows:

(1) The size of the opening of the steel structure natural ventilator must meet the design requirements: the horizontal deviation of the basic section steel surface of the opening is not more than 15mm, and the diagonal error is not more than 50mm.

(2) The vertical and horizontal directions of the ventilator opening must be parallel to the vertical and horizontal axis of the building and should not be greater than 30mm.

(3) Detect the installation quality of steel structure ridge ventilator (including material conditions). Before installation, you must obtain the construction confirmation form on-site construction unit.
