Mcwell is a professional manufacturer of natural ventilator, electric smoke ventilator. Mcwell has many engineering examples. Among them, the Changan Ford C490 production line construction project final assembly and the RDC roof lighting ventilator project are one of the engineering examples.

In Changan Ford’s natural roof ventilation project, Mcwell provided MCW5 continuous rooflight with a throat of 3 meters and a MCW5 continuous rooflight with a throat of 2.4 meters. 

In this project, the roof vents supply and installation services include ventilator materials, anti-corrosion, processing, transportation, and installation. The materials include the ventilator frame, outer guard plate, rain plate, end plate, drainage trough, falling water system, waterproof system, own flooding plate, valve plate and electric control box, etc. It does not include the wires, pipes and wiring between the ventilator motor and the electric control box, and does not include the ventilator base.

Engineering quality requirements:

Mcwell provides the design plan of the continuous rooflight, and designs it in strict accordance with the drawings confirmed by the design institute, and organizes the construction and acceptance of the "Compulsory Standards" and the current relevant national construction and acceptance specifications.

The waterproof form of the natural ventilator is: full structure. The materials and accessories used in the project must meet the relevant national construction standards and design requirements, and relevant materials such as on-site qualification certificates, quality assurance certificates, quality inspection certificates, inspection records and other relevant materials shall be issued in accordance with Party A's requirements.
