How To Extend The Sink's Lifespan Of Natural Ventilator

Release time:

Under normal circumstances, the natural ventilator is composed of a main frame, a sink, a rain plate, an outer protective plate, an end sealing plate, and a flooding plate. All parts of roof vents are closely related, and all play an important role in the function of the natural vent. As a part of water diversion system, the role of the sink is certainly not to be underestimated. The material of the sink and the anti-corrosion treatment will affect the life of the roof ventilator sink.

As smoke vents manufacturer, it is recommended to use color steel plates of the same material and thickness for the matching sink. The corrosion resistance of steel is mainly related to the coating layer on the surface. Once the thicker color steel plate corrodes, it will soon be rusted through. For example, once the daylighting boards of 0.53mm thickness and 1.0mm thickness are rusted, the rusting time is about the same. Once the sink begins to corrode, the natural ventilator will leak, which will cause many problems for the production of the plant. This shows the importance of coating.

The color steel plate used by Mcwell's sink is galvanized steel plate. This color steel plate is first plated with a layer of aluminum-zinc layer, and then two coatings and two baking paint coatings are applied. This makes the color steel plate obtain multiple layers of protection, which is better than ordinary. The anti-corrosion performance of the single-layer galvanized layer of the galvanized steel sheet is much stronger.

As a professional smoke vents supplier, Mcwell generally does not recommend directly use galvanized steel as a sink. If it is used, a layer of asphalt paint is required on the surface, but it increases the workload and its anti-corrosion performance is still not as good as galvanized steel.
