The window height of roof louver vent is generally no more than 800mm. It is a kind of ventilation and smoke exhaust equipment installed on the roof. It is mainly composed of main frame, water tank, rainproof plate, valve plate, outer guard plate, end sealing plate, flashing plate, etc. The material selection and manufacturing process of each component determines the overall quality of the low-profile ventilator.

1. The main frame of the roof louver vent can be made of aluminum alloy steel plate or hot-dip galvanized steel plate, which is integrally processed and formed. Hot-dip galvanizing has strong anti-corrosion ability, and the galvanizing amount of hot-dip galvanized steel plate directly delivered by general steel mills is 100-275g/square meter.

2. The sink is made of aluminum alloy steel plate or hot-dip galvanized steel plate.

3. The rainproof plate or valve plate of the exhaust louvers and vents generally adopt daylighting plate or color steel plate. For workshops with daylighting requirements, the general weatherproof board or valve plate adopts FRP board or sunlight board with daylighting function. If there is no daylighting requirement, it can be made of aluminum alloy steel plate or color steel plate. The valve plate is used in the open-close thin natural ventilator. If there is no heat preservation and ventilation control in the workshop, the open thin ventilator can be selected.

4. The outer guard plate, end seal plate and flashing plate are generally galvanized or galvanized color steel plates. Both galvanizing and galvanizing are to enhance the corrosion resistance of the steel plate.
