Smoke vents window frame, drainage channel, flooding plate, etc. are formed by hot-dip galvanizing plate mechanism, and the surface hot-dip galvanizing amount is 275g/m2, which has good anti-corrosion performance. According to actual requirements, the surface of the hot-dip galvanized sheet can be sprayed or painted for anti-corrosion treatment to make it have better weather resistance and a more beautiful appearance.

2. The smoke vent rooflight window sash profile adopts special broken bridge aluminum profile, and the surface of the profile is anodized. The profile has excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance.

3. Mcwell's window sash adopts well-known brand lighting board, and the surface of the lighting board is coated with 80 micron anti-ultraviolet UV layer to ensure 15-year quality guarantee.

4. The opening and closing of the electric roof fire vents window sash of the workshop adopts the shaft linkage electric window pushing system, and the surface of the linkage shaft, struts and other machined parts are treated with hot-dip galvanizing and the amount of hot-dip galvanizing is 275g/m2. The electric window pusher of well-known brand is adopted. The pusher is made of aluminum alloy, and the surface is anodized, which has good corrosion resistance. High-quality EPDM rubber sealing strips are used at the connection between the sash profile of the Mcwell's smoke ventilator and the lower layer of the lighting board, and the connection between the sash and the window. The high-quality EPDM rubber strip has excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, water vapor resistance and other properties, which can ensure the air tightness and water tightness of the electric smoke exhaust skylight for a long time.
