1. The window opener and electric lock must be designed to prevent failure. The smoke vents manufacturer must provide relevant engineering cases, which must be more than ten years or more, and provide relevant records of normal operation.

2. The manufacturer needs to provide a window opener with sufficient thrust and pull according to the size of the smoke exhaust window. The opening angle is not less than 70 degrees. The electric smoke exhaust ventilator does not exceed 60 seconds after receiving the fire control signal or pressing the manual button until the smoke exhaust window is fully opened to 70 degrees. The emergency button connected to the control box can open the window in an emergency state and close the window tightly after the emergency state disappears.

3. The window opener must pass the high temperature test, and must meet the requirements of at least 300 degrees C for half an hour or 250 degrees C for one hour, and provide related test reports.

4. The housing of the window opener needs to be made of aluminum, and the push rod and rotating elements need to be made of high-strength stainless steel.

5. Each electric smoke vents should be equipped with at least one or more electric locks to ensure that the smoke ventilation will not be opened due to wind pressure. The manufacturer needs to provide relevant data; and when opening and closing windows, electric locks and The action of the window opener will be automatically coordinated or opened and closed in sequence, and will not affect the action of the smoke exhaust window.

6. The locking force of each electric lock is at least 2000N, and relevant test reports are provided.

7. When a fire protection signal is received, the automatic smoke vents need to be kept open all the time. If the window is closed by external pressure (if there is a strong gust), the electric smoke exhaust window should be automatically opened again to maintain its maximum opening angle.

8. The window opener and electric lock are directly operated by the pneumatic controller. The window opener, electric lock and controller must be products of the same manufacturer.
