When steel structure plant clients choose automatic smoke vents, quality is an important factor which they should consider. The service life of the smoke vent skylight is determined by the life of the raw materials. How to extend the service life of the frame and color-coated steel plate is a problem that smoke and heat vents manufacturers must face to solve.
The anti-corrosion treatment of the surface profile of the automatic smoke vents is an important measure to improve the service life of the smoke ventilator. The commonly smoke vent skylight surface anti-corrosion treatment scheme has different methods according to different profiles:
1. The surface of the aluminum alloy window of the triangular smoke exhaust ventilator can be treated with anodic oxidation and powder spraying (plastic powder and fluorocarbon paint powder are commonly used);
2. The surface of the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet of the automatic smoke vents is treated with powder spraying (plastic powder, fluorocarbon paint powder);
3. Surface anti-corrosion treatment methods of aluminum alloy profiles for smoke vent skylight window sashes: anodic oxidation, plastic powder spraying, and fluorocarbon paint powder spraying.
Anti-corrosion work is a basic work for installing electric smoke vent system. If anti-corrosion is not good, it will seriously affect the service life of automatic smoke vents.
