What Is The Meaning Of Letter Code In Electric Smoke Vent's Drawing

Release time:

The window type code of the smoke vent can make the schematic diagram of the smoke exhaust ventilator on the drawing more concise and easy to remember. The window type codes are generally marked according to the type of smoke vent skylights. The roof vents codes used in different national standard atlases are generally inconsistent. for example:

1. National Standard Atlas "Smoke Exhaust Ventilator" 09J621-2

The common control triangle smoke vent is coded as C1T, the linear natural vent is coded as C2T, and the arched continuous rooflight is coded as C3T. Some window types will also indicate the size of the roof skylight, such as C1T-1015, which represents a triangular smoke exhaust ventilator with a hole width of 1000mm and a length of 1500mm.

2. National Standard Atlas "18j621-3" Smoke Vent Skylights

The roof skylights in this gallery are all ventilation skylights, and the window type codes are marked with TC, and there are multiple models of TC1-TC10. Among them, TC1A stands for opening smoke vent system, and TC1B stands for opening & closing ventilation skylights.

3. National Standard Atlas "11CJ33" Smoke Vent System

This atlas includes a variety of window types including electric smoke vent, streamlined natural ventilator and roof louver vent. Among them, streamlined natural ventilator and roof louver vent are both represented by MCW, followed by numbers to represent different window types.
