Because the installation of industrial roof louver vent would be completed by two parties(construction company and smoke vent manufacturers. In the process of installing natural roof ventilation, the two companies need to cooperate to ensure the smooth installation of the natural vent. So what are the precautions during the installation of the roof smoke vent?
1. Pre-design of roof louver vent
Because the roof louver vent is installed on the roof of the plant, comprehensive planning and design are required before installation, and the location of the low-profile ventilator is reserved according to the design drawings to facilitate the construction and installation of the smoke vent manufacturers. If the preliminary design considerations are not in place, there is no reserved installation of daylighting natural ventilator, and the factory floor will be cut in the later period to install the roof louver vent, which consumes a lot of manpower, material and financial resources.
2. The circuit layout of the natural vent
Because the natural vent is mainly controlled by electric, in the process of installing the sensor and the opening and closing transmission system, the circuit layout must be designed, including the position of the electric control box and the wiring layout, the design is reasonable and scientific, and the operation is convenient and quick. After being put into production in the later stage, it can meet the actual needs of roof smoke vent.
3. Design of drainage system of roof smoke vent
Roof smoke vent must have a well-designed drainage system to meet specific drainage needs. The drainage pipes should be configured with heavy rainfall as the standard to prevent leakage due to excessive water in the factory building area. In addition, it is recommended that the roof louver vent adopt the technology of "nail-free and glue-free waterproof structure", relying on the whole structure for waterproofing, and do not use silica gel for bonding to avoid rain leakage due to aging and cracking of silica gel.
