(1) The fabrication and installation of steel structure should meet the requirements of construction drawing design. When it is necessary to modify the design, the consent of the original design company shall be obtained, and the design change document shall be signed. 

(2) Before the construction of the steel structure project, the production and installation company shall compile the production process and installation construction organization design according to the requirements of the construction drawing design. 

(3) The fabrication and installation of steel structure should be carried out according to the process requirements and construction organization design; and the process inspection should be carried out. When the previous process is qualified, the next process can be constructed. 

(4) For the construction and acceptance of steel structure projects, measuring instruments that have passed the metrological verification shall be used, and shall be operated in accordance with relevant regulations. 

(5) During the construction of steel structure projects, it shall comply with the relevant national standards and regulations.
