There are three main ways to install smoke vent system: installation at the ridge, installation along the slope, and a combination of the ridge and the slope. Different industrial plants have different natures of production, number of employees, plant area, climate conditions, etc. Therefore, specific issues must be analyzed when choose roof smoke vent.
1. Slope ridge ventilator. The installation direction of the roof smoke vent along the slope is completely different from that of the roof ridge natural ventilator. This kind of natural roof ventilation is installed along the roof. Different types of arc-shaped continuous rooflights, roof louver vent, integrally formed frames along the slope or box-shaped frame ventilation skylights can all be arranged in the slope position. The streamlined natural ventilator is installed in the slope position and is composed of a frame, an outer guard plate, a rainproof plate, a drainage groove, a valve plate, and an electric or manual actuator. The valve plate switch adopts electric or manual control, its frame is welded by profiles, and the rainproof plate is made of colored steel plate or glass fiber polyester lighting board (FRP). Streamlined structure, large volume, large ventilation. The pressure rod type or self-tapping nail anchors, the pressure rod type uses the pressure rod to fix the rainproof plate, avoiding the hidden danger of water leakage caused by drilling directly on the rainproof plate.
2. Combined horizontal and vertical installation. For workshops with irregular buildings or special requirements, the horizontal and vertical methods can be used to design and install ridge ventilator. This combination of horizontal and vertical installation is not suitable for all factories, so both our owners and construction units should base on the specific conditions of the factory roof to install the roof ventilation skylights.
3. Streamlined natural ventilator. The streamlined ridge ventilator installed on the roof ridge is a kind of roof ridge ventilation skylight. The streamlined roof ridge ventilation skylight is composed of a frame, an outer guard plate, a rainproof plate, a drainage groove, a valve plate, and an electric or manual actuator. The valve plate switch adopts electric or manual control, its frame is welded by profiles, and the rainproof plate is made of colored steel plate or glass fiber polyester lighting board (FRP). Streamlined structure, large volume, large ventilation. The streamlined roof ridge ventilation skylight rain plate is fixed by concealed buckle or self-tapping nails, and the concealed self-tapping nails are hidden to avoid the hidden danger of water leakage caused by drilling directly on the rain plate.
