The application of smoke vent rooflight in steel structure industrial workshops is obvious. For steel structure industrial plants, the ventilation effect is generally not very good. The installation of steel roof ridge vent on the roof of the plant can effectively promote the air circulation inside the workshop and make the air in the work space fresher. Regarding the selection of materials for smoke vents, since the skylight products are non-standard customization, they can be customized according to the specific needs of customers. However, in general conditions, smoke ventilation skylights materials still have certain general characteristics and requirements.

(1) Smoke vent rooflight is suitable for Q235 steel specified in the current national standard "Carbon Structural Steel" and 16Mn, 15MnV steel specified in "Low Alloy Structural Steel". 

(2) The steel materials used in steel structure projects shall have quality certificates and shall meet the design requirements. When there are doubts about the quality of steel, sampling inspection should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of relevant national standards. 

(3) In addition to complying with the current national standards, the surface quality of steel should also comply with the following regulations. 

1. When there are defects such as rust, pitting or scratches on the surface of the steel, the depth shall not be greater than 1/2 of the negative deviation of the thickness of the steel. 

2. The corrosion grade of the steel surface should conform to the A, B, and C grades specified in the current national standard "Steel surface corrosion grade and derusting grade before painting". 

(4) The connecting materials and coating materials used in the steel structure project shall have the factory quality certificate, and shall meet the design requirements and the provisions of the current relevant national standards.
