Linear smoke vents can be subdivided into three types: combined linear smoke ventilator, one-piece in-line smoke vent rooflight, smoke vent skylights. Mcwell will briefly introduces the principle, composition characteristics of the roof smoke vent.

The working principle of the linear smoke vents: the use of thermal pressure and wind pressure caused by the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor to achieve vertical ventilation.

The composition of the smoke vent rooflights:

1. The smoke exhaust ventilator is composed of the main frame and the secondary frame, which is convenient for transportation and installation

2. The main frame and secondary frame of the ventilation and smoke vents are all welded in the factory, and the firmness and stability are better.

3. The main frame is connected with the channel steel (or other section steel) at the opening of the skylight.

4. The side rainproof plate of the secondary frame is made of color steel, and the flooding rim is bent of color steel. It has a long service life, good overall feeling and stronger wind resistance.

5. There is a deflector on the side of the secondary frame to prevent the phenomenon of turbulent air flow, and the exhaust effect is better.

6. The skylight is equipped with a built-in gutter, and rainwater is connected to the roof by a downpipe to prevent splashing rain.
