The lubricating oil pipeline of the electric smoke exhaust ventilator fire damper should be inspected once a year. If the oil pipeline is broken or the thickness of the inner wall of the pipeline is less than one millimeter, a new oil pipeline must be replaced in time. 

2. The operation problem of the opening and closing motor

The opening and closing of the electric smoke vent skylights is controlled by the operation of the motor. If the motor is damaged or there is a problem, the motor will definitely not operate normally, which will inevitably cause the electric automatic smoke vents to fail to close. The slower machine uses a skeleton rubber seal. , It must be replaced once within a year.

3. The transmission line problem of the automatic smoke vents

There may also be problems with the transmission line of the automatic smoke vents. It is necessary to check the power supply terminal connected to the motor and the motor connected to the smoke exhaust skylight wire and communication signal line. The wire is short-circuited, broken, or the signal line is damaged or bitten by a mouse. Normal communication is realized, and the daylighting and smoke exhausting skylight cannot be closed.

The lubricating oil reduction of the sliding device that controls the sunroof cannot achieve automatic contraction or the damage of the sliding device will also cause the electric fire-proof smoke exhaust sunroof to fail to close.
