Material:

The board is characterized by good corrosion resistance. Fluorocarbon plates: Fluorocarbon plates are generally used in high-corrosion plants due to its high price. Fluorocarbon coating is made by dispersing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) in a solvent in the state of tiny particles, and then sintering at a high temperature of 360-380oC to form a film. The coating can be used at -195-250oC for a long time and is resistant to chemicals. The performance exceeds all polymers. Welding

(1) Consider the welding seam load-bearing requirements that meet the quality level of the continuous rooflight, and also include the qualified quality requirements for appearance. At the same time, surface pores, slag inclusions, arc crater cracks are not allowed, undercut, under-welded, shortened roots and other shortcomings have a great impact on dynamic load, and such defects must not exist.

(2) Welding materials have a significant impact on the quality of steel structure welding projects. For the welding materials that have been accepted when entering the site, the production date, storage state, and baking of the product also directly affect the welding quality, and the welding materials that meet the standards must be selected. In order to reduce stress concentration and improve the ability of joints to withstand fatigue loads, some fillet welds have the weld surface processed into a V-shape. This type of joint must pay attention to the smooth transition between the weld and the base metal.
