Qualified smoke vent skylights need to be professionally designed by professional smoke vent manufacturers. Smoke hatch skylight must meet relevant technical requirements before they can be officially put into project use. Mcwell will introduce arc-shaped continuous rooflight should meet the following technical requirements.

1. The arced skeleton is formed in one piece

The arced frame of the smoke vent skylights which is cold-formed by hot-dip galvanized steel plate and has an internal drainage structure.

2. The top daylighting plate of the dome-shaped continuous rooflight is fixed with no nails and no glue

The fixed arced bead of the sun panel at the top of the circular smoke ventilator is not allowed to be fixed with self-tapping nails (no nails or glue), and both ends need to be compressed and fixed. The width of the arced bead is not less than 70mm, and the thickness is not less than 1.5mm. The bead spacing is less than 1050mm (the fixed width of the sunshine board material is 2100mm).

3. The lighting board is made of aluminum alloy profiles

The side edges of the dome-shaped skylight daylighting panels are made of aluminum alloy profiles, with a thickness of ≥1.5mm, and the aluminum profiles must have an internal drainage structure (drainage holes).

4. The smoke ventilator's window sash has a thermal insulation structure

The arched continuous rooflight's window frame and window sash have thermal insulation structure, and the side-opening window sash and window frame are made of broken bridge aluminum alloy. The opening sash has a self-locking function and a close window tightening function to ensure good sealing performance when the sash is closed.

5. With fire protection linkage function

The opening and closing of the dome-shaped electric continuous rooflight adopts electric general-purpose control, and the electric control box and window pusher have fire protection CCCF certification, which can realize linkage control with fire protection.
