Compared with the low-profile ventilator, the arched smoke vent has smoother lines and more beautiful appearance. What problems should be paid attention to in the maintenance of ridge ventilator?

1. During the startup, shutdown or operation of the smoke vent, if any abnormal environment is found, such as temperature, vibration, noise, etc., an inspection should be carried out immediately.

2. The steel roof ridge vent needs regular maintenance to eliminate dust and dirt inside the fan.

3. The ridge ventilator has been in operation for about a month, and we need to inject calcium-sodium-based grease or molybdenum disulfide grease into the bearings with butter. If the roof ventilator operates continuously for 3 months to half a year, the grease needs to be changed once, so that 2/3 of the bearing space is appropriate.

4. For standby machines or fans that have been out of service for a long time, the rotor should be rotated 120°-180° regularly to prevent the main shaft from bending. Add a valve to the inlet or outlet of the unpowered fan on the roof, close it when starting, and open the valve after operation until it reaches the specified working condition, and the inner ring and the shaft are tightly tight.

5. In order to ensure personal safety, the maintenance of the roof unpowered fan must be carried out during shutdown.

6. Use the adjusting device to keep the triangle tape in a well-proportioned tensioned state, and it should not be too loose or too tight.
