The concealed ridge ventilator's frame structure is composed of outer guard plate, rainproof plate, deflector, drainage groove, valve plate, actuator, integral frame and other profiles welded together. Outer guard plate: The outer guard plate is made of galvanized or aluminum-zinc-plated color steel plate, and its function is to prevent rainwater from entering the inside of the ridge ventilator and causing rain leakage in the plant.

Rainproof board: The rainproof board is made of colored steel plate or glass fiber polyester lighting board (FRP board), and it is fixed by concealed button or hidden, so it is called concealed button natural ventilation system, which can effectively prevent rainwater leakage.

Deflector: The deflector is welded by steel plates, and is fixed by concealed buckle or concealed type. The function is to gather the rainwater collected by the rainproof plate to the drainage groove.

Drainage trough: The drainage trough is made of color steel plate welding. The main function is to drain the rainwater in the deflector to the roof surface through the drainage.

Valve plate: The valve plate is made of galvanized sheet or 50mm thick EPS sandwich insulation board. The ventilation rate can be adjusted by controlling the valve plate switch. In winter, the valve plate can be closed for heat preservation.

Actuator: The actuator is divided into electric actuator or manual actuator, which is a switch that controls the opening and closing of the valve plate.

Integral skeleton: The overall skeleton is welded by hollow thin-walled square steel with different specifications of Q235 material, which is firm and reliable, safe and durable; the surface is treated with two bottoms and two sides or hot-dip galvanized after rust removal treatment to reduce the hidden danger of rusting of the skeleton. The MCW5 type steel roof ridge vent is divided into two forms: horizontal and vertical.
