Installation steps of finished gas building:

1. Check the basic size to make it meet the following requirements: the height difference of the plane on the foundation should not be more than 3mm, and the diagonal deviation should not be more than 5mm.

2. Draw the basic line.

3. Bracket installation and straightening. The corner holes of the foundation and the support are drilled and fixed with anchor bolts.

4. Install horizontal frame and flashing plate.

5. Install the longitudinal frame (including the longitudinal diagonal brace) and adjust the verticality of the horizontal frame. The upper and lower deviation is not more than 5mm.

6. Install the middle beam, drive shaft and reducer. The installation location should be reasonable. The base bolts of the reducer and motor must be tightened to prevent vibration from falling off.

7. Install the valve plate. After the valve plate is closed, tightness is required.
