Precautions for maintenance of smoke vent skylights

(1) During continuous operation for one month, it is necessary to inject calcium sodium-based grease or molybdenum disulfide grease into the roof ventilator bearing with butter.

(2) Regular maintenance is required to eliminate dust and dirt inside the ventilator.

(3) When the roof smoke vent is turned on, stopped or operated, if any abnormality is found, including temperature, vibration, noise, etc., it should be checked immediately to find out the cause of the problem, even if it is repaired .
