As a customized product, if the design of the smoke ventilator in an industrial workshop is unreasonable, it will not only fail to meet the functional requirements of the normal operation of the workshop, but also affect its normal production operations. The smoke exhaust area is insufficient, and it is not uncommon for the workshop to be sultry. So how to design the electric smoke exhaust skylight of the factory?
1. The selection of the electric smoke ventilator of the workshop should be based on the lighting, ventilation and smoke exhaust requirements of the workshop, and the climate conditions of the project site, building height, ventilation volume and other factors to determine the model specifications of the smoke exhaust skylight.
2. The wind pressure resistance value of the roof lighting skylight should be ≤1kPa, and the snow load should be ≤0.4kN/m2, and it is only suitable for non-seismic areas or areas with seismic intensity ≤7, such as wind pressure resistance value, snow load value, If the seismic intensity is higher than the parameter requirements, you should communicate with the fire smoke exhaust skylight manufacturer in detail and make another design.
3. The anti-corrosion process should be determined according to the project requirements, and whether to use high-temperature powder spraying or fluorocarbon spraying is determined by natural working conditions and the actual situation of the workshop.
4. The thickness of the color steel plate of the outer guard plate, flashing plate and flashing plate of the lighting and smoke exhaust ventilator should not be less than 0.5mm, and the thickness of the FRP lighting plate such as the deflector and the valve plate should not be less than 1.5mm.
5. For workshops with explosion-proof requirements, electric ventilation and lighting skylights should use explosion-proof motors.
6. The watertightness, airtightness and wind resistance of automatic smoke exhaust skylights shall meet the requirements of "Classification Test Method for Airtightness, Watertightness and Wind Resistance of Building Exterior Windows" GB/T 7106-2008.
7. The skylight is suitable for buildings with a roof slope of 2%-10%.
