Roof smoke vent is widely used in steel structures, cast-in-situ reinforced concrete and grid roofs, which can meet the requirements of plant ventilation and lighting. 1. First design the installation drawings. This is the prerequisite for safe construction.

The reverse position of the maximum frequency wind direction is the starting point.

2. After the installation direction of the skylight is determined, the sealing plate must be fixed,  and the first piece must be installed in place and fixed, which ensure that its position is perpendicular to the purlin.

3. Then install the second board, which should overlap with the convex edge of the first board during installation, and the extensions of the two boards are completely in contact and vertical. After ensuring that the overlap is intact, connect and fix the purlin with a self-tapping screw with a sealing ring.

4. The purlin and the color steel plate need to be fixed, and use galvanized self-tapping screws.

5. From the following factors to judge whether the roof smoke vent is fixed reliably, the number, spacing and connection quality of the connecting pieces. And also need to pay attention to the waterproof and sealing treatment between the boards to ensure that there is no water leakag.
