Streamlined Ridge Ventilator

Streamlined ridge ventilator is a commonly used ventilation equipment in steel structure workshops. The main components include main frame, secondary frame, outer guard plate, FRP daylighting board, etc. The natural ventilation system can be designed according to the national standard atlas, or it can be designed by the smoke vent manufacturers according to the actual situation of the project and customer needs. The ventilation and smoke exhaust are large, and the temperature and smoke exhaust can be controlled by installing an on-off valve plate.

Advantages:

Setting the baffle inside the streamlined natural ventilator on the roof can effectively prevent the backflow of air and improve the performance of smoke exhaust and ventilation. In addition, the outer guard plate of the industrial ridge vent is formed by bending and forming of color steel plate, and the flooding edging board is also made of bending of color steel plate, which has good waterproof performance.

Scope of Application:

The streamlined natural ventilator can be applied to industries such as automobiles, electronics, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, machinery, furniture, etc.

Waterproof Method:

The industrial ridge vent is a holistic waterproof structure, i.e. it relies on its own structure for waterproofing. It does not use silica gel or adhesive tape to fill seams or to stop leakage, which avoids water leakage hazard caused by aging and cracking of silica gel and adhesive tape. Service life of the waterproof structure is the same as that of building roof panel.
